Lindley band announces a couple more signings this week. Firstly they would like to welcome Jenny Cook to the first baritone seat from the Yorkshire Imps, where she enjoyed successful stints on both baritone and tenor horn. The signing of Jenny completes the strengthening of the horn/baritone line at Lindley. Also joining from Skelmanthorpe Prospect Band is John Haston. John joins on second trombone and will play alongside existing 2nd trombonist Victoria Oliver. The band will benefit from this dual running in several ways as well as getting the services of two great banders, it gets double the skills, double the experience and also cover for both Victoria and John’s work committments
